POLOMOLOK GAME SATURDAY MOVED TO SAN JUAN
The Office of the Commissioner has shelved the PBA Commissioner’s Cup game scheduled to be played in Polomolok, South Cotabato this Saturday, February 7.
“In light of the recent encounter between police commando and separatist forces in Maguindanao, as well as the heightened security risks and threats posed by continuing insurgent activities in proximate areas, the Office of the Commissioner deems it prudent to cancel the PBA game scheduled in South Cotabato on February 7, 2015,” commissioner Chito Salud said in a statement released Monday afternoon.
Philippine Cup runner-up Alaska will instead meet the NLEX Road Warriors at the San Juan Arena on Saturday at 5 p.m.
