Kia is positioning itself for the third conference playoffs and the Carnival will get help from Taiwanese slasher Chang Tsung-Hsien.
Chang, also known in the United States as Jet Chang when he played for Brigham Young University – Hawaii in his collegiate years, was named as the Most Outstanding Player in the Seasiders’ runner-up finish in the 2011 NCAA Division II tournament.
He also played for Chinese Taipei national team in the 2009 and 2011 FIBA Asia Championships, leading the squad in points in both occasions.
The Carnival will pair Chang with their towering import PJ Ramos for the third conference as they hope to better their 11th place finish in the Philippine Cup and the Commissioner’s Cup. (RL)
