If his feeling serves him right, Don Trollano is bound to get picked in the coming 2015 Gatorade PBA Rookie Draft.

“Kaya talagang nagpa-Draft na ako ngayon kasi feeling ko makukuha na rin ako (The reason why I entered the Draft was because I really feel I’ll be picked.),” the former Adamson Falcon said.

Banking on strong performances in his final collegiate year and his PBA D-League run with Cagayan – Gerry’s, Trollano is confident that he has shown enough to merit a second look from the scouts.

“Siguro enough na yung pinakita ko sa D-League para makapaglaro ako sa PBA (I think I’ve done enough in the D-League to be able to play in the PBA.),” he said.

Trollano also admits that the 2015 Gatorade Draft Combine was a big help in him making coaches believers.

“Nakatulong kasi at least nakita rin nila na go hard talaga ako, na andun yung hustle ko at makakatulong ako sa depensa at scoring.”

(It really helped me because at least they saw that I really go hard, that my hustle is there and I can help in defense and in scoring.)

As positive as Trollano is this coming annual rookie selection, he will accept whatever outcome is come Draft Day.

“Bahala na si God. Kung ano gusto nya para sa akin, tatanggapin ko na rin,” he said.

(I leave it up to God. Whatever he wants for me, I’ll accept it.)
