Pacquiao excited for new faces in Mahindra
Mahindra head coach Manny Pacquiao is excited for the new faces, especially the big men, in the Enforcers side.
The expansion team formerly known as Kia tabbed San Sebastian center Bradwyn Guinto in the second round of the 2015 Gatorade PBA Rookie Draft.
“Excited kami kasi we have good players that we got, young players,” Pacquiao said. “May mga mgagandang malalaking nakuha. Abangan nila mga mukha.”
Mahindra also came away with a solid haul with Rob Reyes, Aldrech Ramos and Nino Canaleta from a three-team, five player trade last month.
With less than a month to go before the opening of the 41st season of the PBA, Mahindra is deep into their training camp as it hopes to improve from last season’s performance.
“Okay naman yung preparation. Everyday may practices,” he said.
