Fiba Asia: Blatche plays through pain, tows Gilas past Japan

Naturalized big man Andray Blatche played through an ankle injury to drag Gilas Pilipinas past Japan, 73-66, in the second round of the 2015 Fiba Asia Championship in Changsha, China.
Filipinos held their breaths after Blatche hurt his right ankle in the first half but the former NBA veteran endured the pain and was crucial for the Philippines down the stretch in fending off the Japanese.
