The most talented player in the draft turned out to be one of the top athletes as well.

Projected top overall pick Mac Belo proved he’s the complete package after tallying the highest standing and maximum vertical leap at the start of the two-day 2016 PBA Draft Combine Wednesday at Gatorade Hoops Center in Mandaluyong.

Belo, the do-it-all forward out of Far Eastern University, registered a 33.70 inch jump in the standing Vertical Leap while also having a 43.5 inch maximum leap.

Meanwhile, Fil-American guard Ryan Arambulo was the fastest among the hopefuls.

“I just hope I really performed well today. This combine, I’ve been waiting for these for four years now so all that hard work, dedication, patience just played the part and I’ve just been blessed to perform well today,” Arambulo said.

Arambulo, a former trackster during his college days in Cal State Fullerton in the US, had the best time in the 3/4 Court Sprint and Shuttle Run.

He needed only 2.82 seconds in the 3/4 Court Sprint and 47.22 seconds to complete the Shuttle Run.

Arambulo actually finished in the top five in each of the tests, including second in the standing vertical leap. He had the third-best Maximum Vertical Leap at 39.0 inches and also came in third in the Lane Agility Run Test won by Jammer Jamito, who clocked 11.31 seconds.
