Despite losing to Rain or Shine, 98-94, in a tune-up game at SGS Gym on Thursday, Blackwater is happy with the outcome.

The Elastopainters banked on their experience to edge the Elite, who had the chance to test their new recruits.

“Happy kami sa outcome nito. Kailangan lang namin ng konting adjustments since ito naman yung unang tuneup namin,” he said.

Rookie Mac Belo proved his worth and shined the brightest for the Elite with 19 points. Kyle Pascual also got 12 in the loss.
