TNT trumps San Miguel, moves a win away from Finals
Kelly Williams scored eight of TNT’s last 12 points and the Texters pulled off a 101-94 Game 5 victory over San Miguel to move a win away from the 2017 PBA Philippine Cup Finals Thursday at Smart Araneta Coliseum.
The former PBA Most Valuable Player took advantage of the Beermen’s creases on defense to finish with 17 points and seven rebounds, and three assists.
The KaTropa can finish the series on Game 6, Saturday, at Mall of Asia Arena.
