P20K FINE FOR HODGE

The foul committed by Meralco’ s Cliff Hodge on Rain or Shine’s Raymund Almazan at the 35 second mark of the fourth quarter of Game 2 of their Commissioner’s Cup quarterfinal series is hereby upgraded to a flagrant foul penalty 2 for being excessive and unnecessary.
The review shows that Hodge during a rebound play hit the face of Almazan with a closed fist.
