REFUND FOR LAST HOME STAND TICKET HOLDERS
To facilitate the process of refunding tickets, ticket holders for the July 22nd and July 23rd events must follow these simple procedures:
Tickets holders who bought their tickets from Ticketnet outlets may claim their cash refund at the Ticketnet Box Office at the Smart Araneta Coliseum Yellow Gate starting July 24, from 10 am to 8 pm daily. Please (1) submit the physical ticket and (2) provide your name so that you can immediately receive your cash refund.
For those who bought tickets through Ticketnet Online (www.ticketnet.com.ph), online payment will be reversed in your credit card bill.
Please be advised that the landline numbers 836-5818, 836-5890, and 836-5819 that have been reported as refund hotline numbers are NOT the contact numbers being used for this ticket refund process.
