Aguilar makes sure to stay in shape amid Holiday binge
Spending time with family and staying in shape are the top priorities for Ginebra big man Japeth Aguilar this coming holiday break.
As a valued tradition, Aguilar said that he will be having a good time with his family back in their hometown on their mini-break following their Christmas Clasico duel against the Star Hotshots.
“Usually as family ang ginagawa namin pupunta kami sa Pampanga. Tapos lahat ng mga kamag-anak namin nagpupunta sa bahay namin,” the atheletic 6-foot-9 forward said.
“Minsan, (we go on) out-of-town trip. ‘Yung mga malalapit na places lang.”
Aside from spending time with his loved ones, the former Gilas standout also stressed that keeping his top form will be another priority in this time of the year that is filled with feasts.
“As much as possible lang, I stay in shape. ‘Wag masyadong ma-out of condition,” Aguilar said.
“Kung medyo mapapakain ng marami, make sure na nagwo-work out ako ng kahit konti just not to get out of shape.” Jeremiah Sevilla
