The Commissioner’s Office has approved a one-on-one trade between the GlobalPort Batang Pier and Barako Bull Energy with the two teams swapping able frontliners in Jondan Salvador and Mark Isip.

The 6th pick of the 2006 Draft, the 32-year-old Isip will be joining his 10th team in the pro league after averaging 5.25 points and 2.96 rebounds with Barako Bull last season. He joins the young core of GlobalPort adding scoring sock in the lane for coach Pido Jarencio.

For his part, the 33-year-old Salvador will rejoin the Barako Bull franchise after suiting up for GlobalPort for the past two seasons. The widebodied 6-foot-4 banger averaged 2.18 points and 3.85 rebounds for the Batang Pier the past season. (RL)
